D.C. FRONT RUNNERS, a running, walking and social club,
welcomes all runners with varying levels of experience. Interested
runners and walkers of all ages and paces are welcome to join us
Saturdays at 23rd and P Sts., NW, at 9:30 a.m. for a brisk walk, or 10
a.m. for our fun run and Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at Union Station (main
lobby). The club also holds group runs on Thursdays at 7 p.m. and
longer runs Sundays at 9 a.m., both at 23rd and P Sts. On federal
holidays, run/walks at 10 a.m. at 23rd and P Sts. New runners and
walkers can experience the group walk or run along the group’s regular
3-, 4- or 6-mile (or any distance that you choose) and meet club
members and ask questions about the club. D.C. Front Runners will be
holding a ten-week beginner’s 5K-race training program starting on
March 29. Participants will be training for their first race on June 1.
Training programs are designed for both first-time runners who want to
get into shape or runners who want to train for their first race in a
supportive environment. There are no speed or fitness requirements to

D.C. MEN'S NAKED YOGA: A safe, nonsexual environment for men
to enjoy the health benefits of yoga practiced naked with certified
instructors. The group meets three times weekly downtown. Level I
Fundamentals meets Wednesday from 8:30-9:30 p.m., Level II Hatha meets
Thursday from 8:30-9:30 p.m. and Level II/III Flow/Partner Yoga meets
